Hope you’re enjoy­ing your Thanks­giv­ing. Remem­ber, left­overs are just, if not more, deli­cious the next day! You really don’t need to eat EVERY­THING tonight.…There’s always tomorrow.

Just thought I’d share this link about back pain with you. I’m sure many, if not all of you, have strug­gled with nag­ging aches and pains in the back. Whether it’s some­where along the tho­racic spine or down fur­ther into the lum­bar region, back pain can be debil­i­tat­ing. I really like this sequence of exer­cises and have found them to be very help­ful in both reliev­ing and pre­vent­ing back pain when per­formed daily. It only takes a few min­utes and when done con­sis­tently, can really alle­vi­ate stiff­ness and pain. Give them a try and let me know what you think.
