Just thought I’d share this link about back pain with you. I’m sure many, if not all of you, have struggled with nagging aches and pains in the back. Whether it’s somewhere along the thoracic spine or down further into the lumbar region, back pain can be debilitating. I really like this sequence of exercises and have found them to be very helpful in both relieving and preventing back pain when performed daily. It only takes a few minutes and when done consistently, can really alleviate stiffness and pain. Give them a try and let me know what you think.
